Nursing Research Process

Locating the full text

  1. If Find It! can't find it, use Journal Finder to see if Ursuline subscribes to the journal in print or online
  2. If you still can't find the full text, try searching for the article by title in Google - sometimes this works!
  3. If you stillxcan't find the full text online, consider these options:
    1. Submit a request via Ursuline Library's Article Request service. If we own the journal in print, we'll scan a copy and send it to you within a day or two. If we don't own it, we'll try to find a library somewhere in the U.S. that does! Depending on the time frame you specify, we may contact you to verify your request before we attempt to obtain a copy via inter-library loan. When possible, a digital copy of the requested article will be emailed to you within 7 business days.
    2. If we don't have access to a journal title here at Ursuline, perhaps it is available at another library in the area. Can you visit one of the following library collections in person to access their journals?
